ProfVet Practice has been designed for veterinarians doing traditional livestock practice, but can also be used by those oriented toward pets and horses.

For the utmost efficiency in data entry you can use the program ProfVet Mobile to register visits and inseminations during field work, and then transfer the data entered to ProfVet Practice at your convenience.

The program has a complete set of invocing routines.

All that needs to be entered during a normal visit is written into a single screen, with simple and direct access to additional functions like clinical journal, certificates, prescriptions and payment routines. Customers are registered with their name, address, possibly their producer number as well as phone number/e-mail.
Animals are registered with their name/number and species.

Forms and certificates
Many forms and certificates are available from within the program.  Animal and owner information is automatically entered.

Reports
A great number of reports can be printed.  Economic surveys, search results, summaries by customer, veterinarian, day, etc.

Customer correspondence
Standard text for all types of letters can be entered and stored.. Mail merge allows the insertion of personal data in letters to customers.

Invoicing
Complete invoicing routines (remindes, debt due for collection, customer accounts) can be run whenever convenient.

Joint invoicing
Groups of practitioners can do their invoicing in common (the customer gets one invoice from several veterinarians).  Each veterinarian will nevertheless be able to control their own economy.

Economic surveys for each customer.

Insemination
Entering of insemination data and the transfer of these via the Internet.

Practice Light

ProfVet Practice is also available in a "light" version. This version does not contain the invoicing routines.  It will also not include many of the certificates found in the complete version.

Prices

If the program is used by several veterinarians, there is an additional license fee of NOK 167,- per month per veterinarian. Short time deputies and veterinarians with very limited activity do not count as veterinarians.
